1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Say Better ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Bulpara Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the App.

2. Description of Service

Say Better is an iOS keyboard extension that uses on-device artificial intelligence to help users rewrite text in different tones. The App processes all text locally on your device using Apple's Foundation Models.

Key features include:

  • Text rewriting in multiple tones (Professional, Casual, Friendly, Confident, Empathetic)
  • Quick actions (Shorten, Expand, Fix Grammar)
  • Rewrite history storage
  • 100% on-device processing

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.

4. Device Requirements

The App requires:

  • iOS 26.0 or later
  • An iPhone with an A17 Pro chip or later
  • Sufficient storage space (approximately 50 MB)

The App may not function properly on devices that do not meet these requirements.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the App only for lawful purposes
  • Not use the App to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Bulpara Inc.and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any text you input into or output from the App. We claim no rights to your content.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

7. In-App Purchases and Pricing

The App offers a free tier with limited daily rewrites and a one-time purchase option for unlimited rewrites.

  • Free tier: 5 rewrites per day, resets at midnight local time
  • Unlimited tier: One-time purchase of $4.99 for unlimited rewrites

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

8. Refunds

All purchases are made through Apple's App Store. Refund requests must be made directly to Apple through their Report a Problem page. We do not have access to your payment information and cannot process refunds directly.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The App will meet your specific requirements
  • The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable
  • The quality of any products, services, information, or other material obtained through the App will meet your expectations

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BULPARA INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use the App
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the App

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bulpara Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bulpara Inc. regarding your use of the App.
