How to Enable the Keyboard
Follow these steps to start using Say Better:

Open Settings
Go to your iPhone's Settings app

Navigate to Keyboards
Go to General → Keyboard → Keyboards

Add New Keyboard
Tap "Add New Keyboard..." and select "Say Better"

Start Using
Open any app, tap the globe icon 🌐 to switch to Say Better, and start rewriting!
Troubleshooting
Having issues? Try these solutions:
Keyboard not appearing
- Open Settings on your iPhone
- Go to General → Keyboard → Keyboards
- Tap "Add New Keyboard..."
- Find and select "Say Better"
- Return to any app and tap the globe icon to switch keyboards
AI not responding
- Ensure your iPhone has an A17 Pro chip or later
- Check that you're running iOS 26.0 or later
- Try closing and reopening the app you're typing in
- Restart your iPhone if the issue persists
- Note: Say Better works offline, so internet is not required
Purchase issues
- Ensure you're signed into the correct Apple ID
- Open Say Better app and go to Settings → Restore Purchases
- If purchase didn't complete, try again from the App Store
- For refunds, visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Contact Apple Support for payment-related issues
Device compatibility
- Say Better requires iOS 26.0 or later
- Your iPhone must have an A17 Pro chip or later
- Supported devices: iPhone 15 Pro/Pro Max, iPhone 16 series, and newer
- Older devices cannot run the required on-device AI models
- Check Settings → General → About to see your device model
